Private Vinyasa · Orange County
A slower kind of attention, on the mat and off.
I'm Alysa Naomi — a private vinyasa teacher with a background in high‑risk maternal‑fetal care. My practice meets you where you are: a steadier nervous system, a slower breath, a body that feels like yours again.

The practice
Care that listens before it moves.
Every session begins with a conversation — about the body you're in this week, what's tender, what's asking for room. From there we build a slow, intentional sequence that honors your physiology without performance.
Clinically informed
Four years inside a high-risk maternal-fetal care practice shape how I hold sessions — with attention to contraindications, modifications, and the questions worth asking your provider.
Private by design
I see a small number of clients. Sessions happen in your home, a quiet private studio, or outdoors when the season allows.
Prenatal — Fall 2026
Currently certifying in prenatal yoga. Trimester-aware sessions, labor preparation, and postpartum return open to clients this fall — early waitlist now.
Beyond the mat
Co‑founder of Evoura, a women's wellness community in Orange County. The studio work is one part of a wider conversation about how women are cared for.

Who I work with
Women who want their practice to feel like their own.
First‑trimester clients. Mothers returning to movement. High‑achieving women whose nervous systems have been running long. Anyone tired of a one‑size sequence.
A note from a client
"Alysa held a room where I didn't have to perform anything — not strength, not calm. I left a session feeling like I had actually been listened to."

Begin with a quiet conversation.
I take a small handful of new clients each season. Tell me about your practice and what you're working toward — I'll reply personally within a few days.
