Prenatal Yoga
Opening Fall 2026A practice shaped by the most watchful rooms in pregnancy.
Prenatal yoga for the woman who wants more than a generic class — a slower, attentive practice built around your trimester, your body, and whatever your care team is watching.
What I teach
Vinyasa, softened and re-shaped for pregnancy.
Sessions are private, one-to-one, and built session by session. We work with breath, pelvic floor awareness, hip and spine mobility, strength for carrying and labor, and gentle nervous system regulation — adapted as your body changes through each trimester.
- Trimester-specific sequencing, with clear modifications and contraindications.
- Breath and pelvic floor work that prepares for labor and recovery — not just relaxation.
- Strength and mobility for the actual demands of late pregnancy and early postpartum.
- Quiet, restorative practice for weeks that ask for less.
High-risk pregnancy
Movement that respects what your care team is watching.
I spent four years inside a Beverly Hills maternal-fetal medicine practice, coordinating care for high-risk and high-acuity pregnancies alongside specialists in cardiology, fetal surgery, and reproductive endocrinology. That work taught me how much language, pacing, and restraint matter when something is being monitored closely.
For pregnancies flagged as higher-risk — IVF and ART pregnancies, advanced maternal age, prior loss, placenta concerns, gestational hypertension or diabetes, multiples, or anything your MFM is watching — the practice becomes more conservative, more restorative, and more closely coordinated with your providers.
- Intake reviews your OB or MFM's specific activity guidance and any restrictions before we move.
- Sessions stay within those parameters — heart rate, positions, intensity, and breath holds are all adjusted accordingly.
- Strong bias toward restorative, breath, and gentle mobility work when bed rest, modified rest, or close monitoring is in place.
- Honest scope — yoga is a complement to your medical care, never a substitute. Clearance from your provider is required.
