    Send a short note about where you are and what you're hoping to soften or build. I respond personally within a few days.

    Intake call

    A 20‑minute call to walk through history, any clinical considerations, and what cadence might fit.

    First session

    We meet in your home or a private studio. The first session is more conversation than vinyasa — that's intentional.

  4. 04

    Ongoing

    Most clients settle into a weekly or biweekly rhythm. Sessions evolve as you do.
